レートを上げたい！

タイトルの通りレートをあげたいのですが、1450～1490の間から抜けれません。自分が下手クソなのは分かってますww 僕に戦略や助言、強いポケモンの組み合わせを教えてくれるとありがたいです。よろしくお願いします。

    Mマンダ＋毒ガルド＋何か 何かのとこを相手のパーティに合わせて変えるとプレイング次第では、勝てる。(必ず勝てるとは言ってない) 使い始めは、マンダの弱点を突くポケモンが出てきたらガルドに変えて受ける。っていうのをしてけばいいかと。 ＋何かのとこには、私はサンダースを入れる事が多かったです。 サンダースHS＠デンキZ 10万B あくび 身代わり バトン 相手が、コケコなどを使ってる時にダースを出すとほぼほぼ引いてきます。 そこに合わせて身代わり→バトンでマンダに繋げるといいかと。 マンダに身代わりが繋がると、竜舞が１回確実に積めるんで、そこから3タテもあります。
