Pit of Panga: POW-a-Panga - I loved this course! I think my fav section is the first Yoshi part, right before the final room. It's creative and awesome looking:D It's also the most brutal/trolly part, though, because there are some terribly well placed coins that Yoshi will eat instead of the POW blocks if you're not precise enough. Took me 35 min of practice and 50 min of attempts.

I beat Pit of Panga: Skyway to Shell when it was a new course! I've also beaten No Mah Yoshi, and that's it.
