metal coat problem

i need to have a metal coat to complete the dex so if anyone would be so kind as to give me one i am willing to trade good pokemon for it also need a razor claw

    You can get a metal coat from wild magnemite, y spawn for example in the trainer school. If you have a pokemon with the ability Frisk and the move thief you can get it easily

    Try sos battles I think pokemon have a higher chance of holding an item then after 9 encounters.

    Get a Pokemon with Compound Eyes. It raises the odds of Pokemon holding items. Put it first, Give it the attack Thief (Butterfree comes to mind for this), then just go about doing SOS battles. It's how I got my Black Sludge from Alolan Grimer (It's a 5% chance normally. Compound Eyes makes it 20%).
