Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U

Anyone know why this is happening? When I try to send a reply to someone (even if its just 1 person), I get a message saying I already posted enough, and to try an another day. Thing is...I never posted anything! This is the 2nd day in a row that it has done this so far...O_o

So... I don't know why it's happening, but it seems every 3DS players have to deal with this problem. Weird. It never happened until 1.1.6 came out.
