Weirdest Glitch in Multiplayer?

Hey guys, What is the weirdest glitch (or glitches) you have ever seen in ME3 multiplayer? My list: 1) I fell through a wall and had no arms. So the entire mission, I was running around with no arms. 2) The enemies could teleport through walls. The entire mission, they were walking through walls and killing us.

    Absolute weirdest glitch I have seen was one on Firebase Vancouver - one of my friends got the glitch where the physics go wonky and launch your character when they die, but on this occassion the glitch launched her out of the map and into a room...she was then revived and I think she was stuck there for the rest of the match lol. A shame there is no record feature...the glitches here are great
