    You earn 10 more upload slots every time you earn a new medal. Medals are given to players once they've reached a certain number of stars. If I recall correctly, the first medal that gives you more slots requires 100 stars. In the mean time, I'd recommend trying to improve your levels so they might gain more stars, and checking the discussion section for opportunities to have people play ur levels
