    You can catch Beautfly in some bug friend safaris. To get Silcoon, you need to evolve Wurmple. However, Wurmple will randomly evolve into either Silcoon or Cascoon, so you might need to evolve a couple. The evolution is also pre-determined, so you can't soft-reset the evolution until you get Silcoon.
