    If your level didn't receive enough attention, they will stop you re-uploading the level in any form under that link. If you're that keen to use the design, with improvements, then you will have to start from scratch...in a new slot. Better to monitor slow popularity and promote or improve before it's deleted.

    Nintendo mods hated your level dude. I didn't like it neither. Like i said before, one of the mistakes in your levels are those mushroom platforms in the underground near the checkpoint. No one is going to go down to get the checkpoint, as they could think of falling into a hole instead. Please remove that. Also, lower the height of those conveyor belts.
