Guys I consider dreamcast sonic modern sonic,yes there gameplay and artwork are different but I don't think sega consider dreamcast sonic a thing because if you look at the sonic 25th anniversary background it said 1998 and modern sonic beside it and that when sonic adventure came out that is my theory.
