3Kスコープのカメラ感度皆さんはどれくらいにしてますか?

名前の通りこちらチャージャー垢なんですが、なかなかいい感度が分かりません。なので皆さんの使っている感度を参考にさせて頂きたいです!ちなみに今の感度は-2です
