    After becoming the Champion, there will be two trainers waiting for a Double Battle at Poni Breaker Coast on Poni Island (just before the Ruins of Hope). Defeat them and they give you Surf and Waterfall.

    To get Aloraichium Z, have an Alolan Raichu in your party and talk to an NPC on the Steelix Boat in Seafolk Village.

    You can use the Move Relearner to teach Thunderbolt to Raichu, you can use the Thunderbolt TM, or you can level a Pikachu up to Lv. 42 to learn the move.
