    LAN; Local Area Network. When you take a cable and link two or more systems together to play multiplayer with multiple consoles in the same location. That's a "system link."

    @Matt: Lol, of course *you* understand what he means... xD @Patrick: Idk, they made it sound like it'd come with the basic online stuff for free...? Just not the party stuff that psn offers for instance. No idea. I'm in too deep now! I preordered anyway! x'D But you know how download play works on the 3ds? I'm guessing it'll work like that as far as 'link' is concerned, lol.

    Yeah, it probably works like that. I mean they showed people sitting together with a few of them, so maybe it would be like local play with the 3ds works. I just hope something like that doesn't cost a monthly fee, because we wouldn't end up have parties like that every day or something.

    Fingers crossed! But I really do think it would be silly to charge for something like that. "Oh, you wanna play locally? Please insert payment into the Nintendo Switch system." xDDD
