    Totally! I'm excited that it's new directors for Thor Ragnarok, 'cause it's a fresh perspective, and we can be assured of some hilarious scenes between Loki and Doctor Strange! I'm not the biggest fan of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, as the Star Wars prequels ruined any respect I had for Portman. And have you gotten to Alex Fierro yet in the second book?

    I did see The Hobbit movies, but I didn't really like them. They didn't stay close to the book's plot, and they were just kinda meh to me. The Lord of the Rings movies, however, are a completely different story. I LOVE those!

    Fact is that the books are almost always better than the movies. Magnus Chase does get a lot weirder. I was scared Blitz would die. Alex is actually a decent person. You've got to feel bad for her/him. Heimdall is AWESOME! I feel so bad for Amir, though. Sam is... meh. I'm okay with her; and Jack is great. Tiny's good to with his Elvis Presley obsession. lol.

    That's one of the reasons I read Riordan's books, for the humor! It's always so spot-on and never fails to make me laugh!

    The sarcasm and the playful bad guys make the book lighthearted, but the books also have some deep meanings. Rick appeals to most age ranges, that's what makes his books so good. The lighthearted, humorous feel, to the more intense and meaningful parts.
