    Play with it & feed it Poké Puffs in Pokémon Amie until it has two Affection Hearts, and make sure it knows a Fairy type move at the time it levels up. As long as you are NOT near a Moss Rock or Ice Rock (Leafeon/Glaceon), your Eevee should evolve into Sylveon.
