    You have to obtain every single pokemon that are not event pokemon in your national dex , then go talk to the professor and show him your national dex, and he'll give it to you

    No sorry you have to catch/obtain them meaning you have to have them registered in your pokèdex. Trust me you'll have a hard time trying to get them.=<

    If you saved the game then no worries, you can just turn off your game and battle it again. But if you didn't save before you battled it then your going to beat the elite four again so it can come back.
