After making it all the way to the last level on world mushroom I found I didn't have enough stars to unlock the level, so I have gone back and have been fully completing each world in order before I move on to the next. It's taken me ages to find where world 5-B is hidden, but finally I've found it and got the star! Only 2 golden end posts to get and I can move onto world 6 at last!
