    @elisha:Simply, jump and then press the A button you're now Super Sonic, though keep collecting Studs/Rings to keep being Super Sonic. If you want to turn back into regular Sonic just do the same method as before. (Super Sonic can actually deflect beams, making him good for certain puzzles.)
