    If you take its item(s) without paying it'll call in a whole horde of Kecleon to attack you (or so I'm told, I've never done it.) The Kecleon are apparently overwhelmingly powerful (why I've never done it), but if you can handle that then you just do that, fight, and cross your fingers that one of them will want to join you.
