    Nope, it's always had been like that. 'Cause when my friend made an account on mv 2 years ago, she put in her age, 12, and it told her to pay-up. If I do remember correctly, it costed 50 cents.

    @Arthur I just tested it out. And it is, infact, true that you need to pay 50 cents from a credit card to make an account on mv if you're 12 or under.
