New Desert Dungeon?

Apparently there's a new Dungeon with the boss "Jahagaros" in the desert near Trodain. However, I cannot find it, does anyone know where it is and how to unlock it?

    walk into neos and jessica will have a vision of the dragon graveyard. go down there and go inside the boss room (where the crystal ball is) once you do that, a sage will tell you where to find juggerworth. the dungeon is close to where you find the ship
