For a new IP the game Horizon Zero Dawn looks pretty amazing! I don't think it will be better than Zelda though even if the graphics are more detailed! What game will be better?

    I think Zelda will easily beat out this one. They're both open world, but Horizon suffers from the same problem plaguing so many open world games these days: it obscures scenery with constant clutter. I get that there are more "things to do," but anybody who enjoys nature will probably appreciate BotW's effort to recreate a wider, more open, more expansive natural experience.     BotW just involve exploration for the sake of it. I'll be exploring because the environments genuinely interest me. In Horizon Zero Dawn, my "exploration" would amount to the game shoving a bunch of people or monsters, a cluster of houses, in my face, and I investigate simply because it's right in front of me and I have nothing better to do.     a larger world, more scenery and natural space, and a more calming pace, to jumbled, packed-in clutter. I also prefer the art style of BotW, Horizon's blend of neolithic culture and advanced technology is interesting but looking at BotW is like looking at a painting, the color much prettier than Horizon imo and more atmospheric.     combat, Horizon will in all likelihood be better in this regard, but BotW will have dungeons. I doubt Horizon will have anything to compare with the meticulous attention to detail and layered complexity of Zelda's dungeons.

    @Cody, i agree with your statements bro! Zero Dawn looks interesting and might have a bright future as a new IP! However, Zelda is simply a work of art! The amount of detail Nintendo gave this game is beyond words! I don't have a PS4 so if you do play Zero Dawn let me know how it turns out!

    Zelda will undoubtedly be good but one shouldn't rule out Horizon either. It's got a very unique and interesting premise with those machines. I'm honestly more excited to find out about that premise moreso than Zelda seeing as despite it being a new entry in the Zelda series, I'm sure some of it will be "been there done that" type stuff.
