各面に1UPか4種のパワーアップアイテムのうちどれか1つが必ず隠されているらしく、ガマパックン発動のためにもやっぱりアイテムはできるだけ探した方がいいみたい。ただし後半戦は体当りが必要なので白い薬は取っちゃダメ！
