about wishers peak and no night

im bettingsome one already asked this. but i looked for a bit and didn't see it. on dw 8 i found wishers peak by looking online. i tried waitingfor night but wishers peak is always day. i tried walking in at night and it turns day again. @¿!*&#

I went in during the day and it was night by the time I got out. Maybe that will help. I remember this being an issue with some of my earlier playthroughs though, but I don't remember is entering during the day helped... It's worth a shot anyway though

Also, once you DO get to the top at night, prepare to wait a while, as the "puzzle" requires a shadow moving into the right place with the moon's light...

It sounds like you may not have progressed the quest far enough. You need to speak with the Ascantha king's maid and then the old woman at Riverside Chapel. After that, the door should appear in a couple minutes when you return.

Thanks everyone! I try to do every little bit of the game before moving on, that has to be it. I'll get farther. btw Do I just need to talk to those two people only or should I talk to the king too and get farther? I hate cheating by looking online, but its too easy. No having to buy a strategy guide.
