  let's say the Hero does 100 damage to a slime with zero tension and let's say the hero has a tension build of 5 he will deal about 150 damage to the slime and same goes for magic let's Angelo use the multiheal spell it will heal around 100 hp to everyone but if Angelo has around tension of 50 that spell will heal around 500 hp to everyone but Tension will not effect non combat skills

  Be careful not to rely on tension too much. Most bosses have moves that will undo any of the tension you build up. Anytime a character gets knocked off their feet, or put to sleep, or paralyzed--any of that will reduce their tension back down to zero. I hardly ever use tension because of that.

  Put it simply it can double/triple your attack power as well as buffs. It depends on the bosses you're facing but tension can easily make most battles a cakewalk and end faster. I pretty much stay using it post game or against bosses with high hp. Not to mention it also boosts your buffs so u don't have to continuously keep buffing your party to reach max lvl or near max, u can do it in 1-2 turns.

  Helps increase healing too. With the timbrel of tension item psyching up will be a lot more convenient without wasting much time. Especially if u have 2 of them.
