Stored Power Calculation

How is Stored power Calculated? I have a Clefable that knows Cosmic power that raises both def and sp.def. and since it can be raise by 6 stages, how does the calculation works? can anyone help me please?

    My guess is it raises by 20 base power for every positive stat change.

    Like if u got an ancient power boost (I know it can't learn it but just for this example) it raises 5 stats by one and then with it it would be 120 bp cuz of 5 boosts of 20 in power

    Stored Power starts at 20 base power with each +1 boost to a stat giving an extra 20 base power, the power of Stored Power caps at 200
