    You can't post in game pictures on this board. To get King Zora to move you have to present the bottled note from Lake Hylia. Talk to the Zora at the top of the waterfall. He will offer a rupee collecting game. You can win the Silver Scale. The Silver Scale allows to reach an underwater opening to Lake Hylia. You will find a bottle in the lake.

    If you're on about OoT follow the path wath water to the right of him. Speak to the Zora at the end for a minigame. Go through the door underwater after (its awarp to Lake Hylia)and you'll see a bottle. Give the letter to King Zora.
