The Best Alola Starter?

We've seen how uncompetitive Decidueye is due to its awkward stats (except for those few), Incineroar just doesn't have enough bulk. Primarina is considered the best out of the other two. It has the highest special attack of any starters. But who do you think is the best of those three?

    i like primarina, but really only as a water type since sylveon's got great sp atk and sp def kinda wish it were water/psychic but eh

    Primarina, because it looks like it's Water/Fairy typing. The last time a mermaid was attempted, it looked like a pink eel with two shells on it.

    i've had a great acperience w/ primarina. its spc. attack is great and sparkling aria is a good attack. i also like it's design.
