    All yoy have to do is continue moving forward holding the Y button until you get to the end. I recommendthat you get the secret Mushroom near the third Thwomp. Be quick to hit the question block before Thwomp crushes it. Once the spring has stpped the thwomp, jump directly beside that same question block and you should then be gifted the Red Mushroom.
