メリット・みんなで切磋琢磨して強くなれる・タグマができる・みんなで楽しく遊べるデメリット・野良で勝てなくなる・できる時間が合わない・掛け持ちとか、名前変えろとか、めんどくさい。　　　　　　　　　　というのが個人的な感想です
