Sir Leopold in Memories Lane, help!

This guy is overpowered! My characters levels are at mid-to-upper 90's, got some of the best gear, and still I can't seem to beat this guy! He attacks 3 times and every 3 attacks is a critical hit! Would not have been so bad if he did not have an 'intimidating roar', but he does! Sometimes uses it twice! Someone plz help!

    Best chance is poisoning Sir Leopold (Toxic dagger or sword) and trying to stay alive. Maybe even use a monster team to stall until Leoplod succumbs to the poison.

    Yeah, Poison's the best advice... Evil Sir Leopold in Memorium's Battle Records even specifically say that his weakness is poison. (Which would be helpful if you could see it BEFORE the fight...)

    Poison him and if u have timbrel of tension item its not as hard. Especially if u have 2 of them, u can deal major damage to him and drop him in just a few turns.
