    その通りですね。 ブロックは本人の判断でできるもの。 通報も本人の判断でできますが、ミーバース使用制限かかるかは任天堂が決める事ですからね。(たぶんこの場合しても無駄ですね) 使用制限は「やるべきでないことしたら」ではなく、「やってはいけないことやった」「差別、侮蔑発言した」等と思ってます。
