So how did nintendo not even SEE that the dock on the nintendo switch scratches the screen? And people are reporting a bunch of other problems about the switch too. So is the Nintendo switch really worth buying? Or maybe should I get a new cellphone?

The scratching comes from how you place it down, gently or rough.By meaning the product is new so you have to be able to obtain knowledge and find ways to make the scratches better because when it comes to the damage they will blame your handling experience.

  • Because they rushed the system out so not ps4 pro and scorpio would beat them. If nintendo had worked more on it and tested it out, then the switch wouldn't have had so many problems. They should have released it on Xmas or next year... The only way they will fix this is with the new Switch NX model that they will release a couple of years later.

  • It's not like you can just get a screen protector so the dock will never get scratched.

  • The scratching is caused by people ramming the switch into the dock rather than placing it gently and the dead pixels are common with LCD screens which is what the switch uses.
