    Neither. (I hate those memes since 2012) Sonic became "Mad as a Hatter" back in 2007. He started to recover a bit with Sonic Colors, But went insane again in 2013 thanks to a trip to "Lost-Hex". (Not including Boom) Hopefully He'll recover again with Mania & Forces.

    (Not officially) You see, When I was working on my version, He started out as his AoStH self then grew up into his Sonic X self. Unfortunately after that He was discovering the dark side of his fandom & his own content, (Sonic X's dub & Sonic 2006) Combining that with the rise of YTP memes, Sonic became Bonkers…

    …For every good game like Sonic Colors & Generations, Sonic slowly regain his sanity & starts acting like his old self from 1991 to 2004. But for every Bad game like Free Riders & Sonic Genesis GBA, Sonic starts acting almost as bonkers then Deadpool.

    And after Sonic Lost Cause, Sub-Serise Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric and the Rise of Dank-memes, Sonic has lost his mind. (Surprisingly, Thanks to the Boom episode when Sonic & Eggman swapped bodies, How Eggman acted as Sonic is strangely close on how I portray Sonic acting when he's nuts.)
