  • Nothing. It won't mute on Youtube, nor MiiVerse, nor the home screen....

  • I don't see a "mute" option on my Wii U... Do you mean the volume won't go down all the way?

  • @♪Me♪ I've been moving the switch on the top right corner of the gamepad, but even when I move it down entirely, it won't mute..

  • Oh, just YouTube? Easy fix! My Wii U language is Spanish, but... You go to Save Data (or Console Memory- whatever it is in English) and then you delete the YouTube app, and everything in there. Afterwards, restart your machine, and then reinstall the app.

  • That's just too bad, bro... You're volume control doesn't work... Not just for YouTube- It doesn't work for anything else, either, is what you're saying, it sounds like... Call Nintendo, and hope they can help you. Otherwise, that girl was right, and you'll need another controller. Call Nintendo first, though- Have one of your parents call.
