Error code 004-3003?

Has been a week and a half that im getting that error. Can't download daily bonus items. Nintendo refuse to acknowledgethe issue. Telling its SquareEnix or user issue. When clearly lots of peopleis having the issue. Anyone know something?

    I've been following a thread on GameFAQs.com and people there have stated: a) the issue is worldwide, b) Nintendo is aware of the glitch, c) Nintendo is working on it, and d) Europe and Australia had DLC restored this past Friday. That's all anyone knows at this point.
