Dear Nintendo, Something has happened to our WiiU. All of the software downloaded onto the WiiU will not work (Minecraft, Mario Kart, SuperMario Bros, etc). We are not sure what to about it. The message told us to delete and reinstall the software, we had to pay for it again. If we have to do this to all our games, it will cost over $150. I'm not sure what to, so if you know please tell me!

once you've paid for the game, when you delete it, you could redownload it for free

it won't work. When we went to redownload Minecraft it tried to charge us.
