i absolutely l o v e having a huge anxiety attack in school in front of 30 other ki d s and crying in front of said kids aswell and the n having some said kids la u g h at me for crying then feeling extremely guilty bc my grade has been lowered for not presenting (i didnt even know we had to present smth- i had no time to prepare) yes,, wonderful

    I have anxiety as well and know how it feels to be laughed at. I try not to cry in public though. If i feel i'm going to, i usually go to a solitary place like into a bathroom stall.

    I know that this won't make you feel much better, but you will get thru all this mess & after you graduate & leave all that teenage drama behind you as you work at your personal goals...well, all this will be just a smile on your face nobody will understand. Time will pass so remember this: those laughing kids aren't really THAT important in the grand scheme of your life anyhow.

    I'm sorry about that! There was a time in 6th grade when we had to present and I didn't know- I also started crying and had a few girls make fun of me for it... I hope you have better days though!
