【兵庫･淡路島5人殺害事件で死刑判決】 [きょうコレ2]一昨年、兵庫県淡路島の洲本市で近所の住民5人をナイフで刺して殺害した罪などに問われた被告に、神戸地方裁判所は､「精神障害があったが事件への影響はほとんどなく刑事責任能力が認められる｡死刑を回避する事情は見当たらない」として、死刑を言い渡しました。(NHK)
