    Ex rolled his eyes. "Whatever you say... 'Master'." He said this last word mockingly. "Another false god? Just like my father, I suppose. Genocide was much stronger than you... " He wasn't even talking to Shadow for this last line, more the chip in his head. Now that he was aware of it, it spelt danger for him. Ha.ckers. He didn't like the thought of being contolled, or destroyed so easily..

    Ex lurched forward, and fell to his knees. He couldn't talk, nor breathe. The teen coughed twice, struggling to do something, anything.. His vision flickered, a dark sort of mist taking over.     At the sound of Shadow's voice, Ex's eyes flashed open. He spun around, and slashed the side of Shadow's face open, at point blank range. The burst of dark energy didn't last long before the darkness reached the chip in his head, causing him to black out. He fell to the side, and his head hit the ground hard. What was awake in him was immediately subdued. One eyes was half open, the silver fading.

    Ex remained on the ground, vulnerable for the first time. He couldn't wake up, could barely even breathe thanks to the chip. It would take hours for it to desolve, and nothing else would heal in that time. His vision was still stained with the dark sort of mist, and his thoughts were sluggish at best..

    After the medics patched Katie up she went to the power generator looking at it. She shot the engineers and messed with the generator turning it into a time bomb. "1 minute to get out" She ran out of the base with 10 seconds on the clock.

    In the infirmary, Ex was fully awake now. He couldn't move, or see anything. Gasping for breath, he knew it would attract attention, but he couldn't seem to get enough oxygen to attack anything around him. He could feel movement, subtle vibrations in the air... He was so close to being able to attack, yet so infuriatingly far..
