Someone told me that if I gargled bleach it would make my teeth whiter and I tried it. I'm feeling kind of dizzy. Did I do something wrong?

Most people find it wierd, but it does actually work. Just gotta be careful not to swallow it. I can't say that's supposed to happen, as I've never tried it, but it seems like it would happen
