An Idea called "Pokefused." It would revolve the victims of the experiments by Silph Co, (Under control by Team Rocket) and they would have characteristics of the Pokemon. (Ex. Fused with a Sandslash, they would gain Spikes on their backs, and Claws replacing fingers.) The Group would go around the Kanto Region, rescuing the Victims, and shut down Team Rocket. (See more below)

Team Rocket would use regular Pokemon and would also use the victims to hunt the group down.
