Question

Mirror room glitch problems.

I'm kind of attempting to glitch through the mirror with the clipping glitch to get Wario early. so far it only worked slightly once as Yoshi as he kind of slid up the wall but ever since then its as if the game kind of patched itself. am I doing anything wrong? does version 2 patch itself automatically? any advice?

the only other character to try for this glitch is Mario, can't get Luigi or the glitch won't work
