I think you should be able to transfer games and data from your Wii U to your Nintendo Switch. And also be able to buy Wii U games on the Nintendo EShop as soon as it comes out on the Nintendo Switch.

yeah... that's how you get games that don't have game cards there is only 31 games on there

I thought there was only two games: The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and 1 & 2 SWITCH.
