    At Akala Island go to the Megamart at the city where the Battle Royale is at the right nearby the Battle Royale. Talk to the Veteran Trainer at the Megamart to start the Eevee Quest. Talk to him so he will tell you where to find the trainers that have Eeveelutions that you need to defeat.

    After beating the Eeveelution trainers, go to the Megamart where the Veteran Trainer is at, defeat him and he will give you the Eevee Z-Crystal.
