ウデマエやっとA帯に上がり、ギアも少しずつ揃ってきて動きやすくなってきました('-'*)ｶﾞﾝﾊﾞﾙ 今日はフレさんとロングナワバリ合流!　ITSUKIちゃん、ふくちゃん、楽しかったよ!ありがとう(^_^)♪ ITSUKIちゃんとは敵チーム率が高かったね^^;バケツでバシャっとやられました('~'*)　明日のプラベも楽しみにしてるよー!よろしくね! ふくちゃん、再フレ録と早速の合流ありがとうでした^^　以前より動きにキレが!　強くなってます!　最後少しだけパブロでお邪魔しました(^~^)♪楽しかったー♪
