I want to be happy, but who doesn't?

We all want happiness, the question is not if, it's how. So here is the question, how do I become happy. Not blissful or other momentary joys, true happiness.

    Well that's a bit pessimistic... I don't mean being always happy, I mean to say being able to hear something quote on quote 'bad', and moving on. That (to me at least) is happiness.
