I'm not really a Portal fan, but Aperture Science has been my favorite level so far. Glados' really funny dialogue, combined with the very clever puzzles (befitting of being in the Portal dimension), just made for a really enjoyable level. I'm half tempted to get the Portal level pack just so I can try out more clever puzzles.
