Definitely Batman. He's rich, smart, the pinnacle of bodily and mental perfection. And yes, has has defeated the Justice League. On more than one occasion. Recently he made an armor designed to take on the whole League. He also has set apart a contingency plan to eliminate the League, and it worked. Even though a villain used it.
