I would honestly let the pregnant woman die. It's 1 person (I guess 1½ counting the fetus) versus 3. It's basically killing 1.5 people or 3 people.

You gotta think about it this way: Your either killing a person of a new generation or killing 3 people who have already expierenced life (depening on their ages).
