I made a post that did not violat any rules and the admins just deleted it.

    The community does not affect how often your post are deleted, and it exist because Youtube is a popular website (and the fact that it has an application on Nintendo systems makes it so it can have a community.) I doubt the admins would listen, but try telling them you didn't violate any rules.
